Checklist for the week before the race:

Receive T shirts, awards, goody bags, refreshments and a lot of water.

Get registration information to timer.

Last minute promotions to newspapers, radio and TV, perhaps a reminder mailing and/or e mail to potential participants.

Check on volunteers list and volunteers meeting.
